The Beginning
In 2020, Nick began testing hot sauce recipes in his home kitchen. The goal was simple: a sauce with real flavor, not just heat. Batch by batch, NYCK NITRO took shape.
The Passion
"I was tired of hot sauces that were all heat and no flavor, or ones loaded with artificial ingredients. I knew I could do better," Nick recalls. He got to work with peppers, fruit, and a lot of patience, testing flavor combinations until the balance was right.
The Launch
In 2021, NYCK NITRO became a brand and the first bottles went out to customers. The mission hasn't changed since day one: flavor first, heat that earns its place. No matter the cost, get the sauce.
